Proxinvest attire l’attention des actionnaires sur cette année compliquée pour Air France-KLM. En effet, la société a noté une réduction de 50,6% du trafic en mars 2020, suit à la crise du Covid-19 (/fr/system/files/traffic_march20_vf_vdef.pdf).
Suite à cela, de nombreuses mesures ont été prises. En effet en France, le chômage partiel a été mis en place. Dans cette période, la société annoncé avoir signée un accord de financement pour un totale de 7 milliards d’euros (/fr/system/files/press_release_signing_of_financing_vf.pdf)
Par ailleurs, Benjamin Smith, le directeur Général, a indiqué réduire sa rémunération pour 2020 (/fr/system/files/press_release_signing_of_financing_vf.pdf). De ce fait Proxinvest soutient cette nouvelle politique et donc recommande l’approbation à la résolution 16.
