Proxinvest regrette le taux d’indépendance nul au sein du conseil d’administration. Ainsi, les résolutions 7 à 11 concernant le renouvellement d’André Coutier, Geneviève Coutier, Emilie Coutier, COUTIER DEVELOPPEMENT et la nomination de Nicolas Job ne seront pas soutenues.
Proxinvest souligne de fortes augmentations des rémunérations par rapport à l’exercice précédent et regrette l’absence de communication des taux de réalisations. Ainsi, nous recommanderons l’opposition aux rémunérations des dirigeants.
