En 2017, la rémunération de Jacques Pétry, Président du conseil, est considérée comme excessive et ne pourra pas être approuvée. En revanche, il est prévu une diminution de celle-ci en 2018. Bien qu'elle demeurera trop élevée, les actionnaires ont intérêt à approuver cette nouvelle politique de rémunération qui se substitue à la précédente (résolutions 5 et 7).
En ce qui concerne le Directeur général, Frédéric Moyne, malgré une structure peu équilibrée en 2017 en raison de l'absence d'une rémunération de long-terme, sa rémunération semble acceptable : les montants en jeu demeurent maitrisés et la transparence de la société permet une parfaite compréhension des montants attribués et de l'alignement de ceux-ci avec les performances de la société. Pour 2018, deux améliorations notables sont apportées à la politique de rémunération avec la réduction de la part qualitative des critères du bonus et la mise en place d'une rémunération de long-terme (résolutions 6 et 8).
