Pour la première la société, étant une société en commandité par actions, doit soumettre de façon contraignante au vote des actionnaires la rémunération de son gérant pour l'exercice écoulé. Comme chaque année, l'évaluation des montants effectuée par Proxinvest pour prendre en compte l'exhaustivité des flux financiers n'a rien à voir avec les chiffres fournis par la société (résolution 11).
De plus cette année, les actionnaires ont la possibilité de s'exprimer sur le rapport de rémunération de la société ainsi que sur les politiques de rémunérations des mandataires sociaux.
De plus cette année, la société propose le renouvellement de trois de ses membres. Au regard d'un manque d'indépendance d'après Proxinvest, l'ensemble des renouvellements ne seront soutenus.
