- Toutes les autorisations d'opérer sur le capital sont utilisables en période d'offre publique. Cela constitue autant d'instruments anti-OPA qui biaise le libre jeu de l'offre et des surenchères et impacte la prise de valeur de l'action par les actionnaires. Proxinvest ne soutient donc aucune de ces résolutions financières.
- Concernant la rémunération du Président Directeur Général (approuvée à 82% en 2015), si en termes de structure et de montants, la politique mise en place est plutôt correcte, elle souffre de graves lacunes de communication. En effet, plusieurs données figurant dans les tableaux de synthèse sont contradictoires, voire erronées ou encore totalement incompréhensibles.
