Les actionnaires sont convoqués en assemblée générale extraordinaire afin d'approuver une augmentation de capital avec maintien du droit préférentiel de souscription mise en place dans le cadre de l'opération d'acquisition de Pioneer Investments annoncée le 12 décembre 2016.
D'un point de vue stratégique, cette opération semble tout à fait justifiée et les conditions financières qui l'accompagnent semblent équitables. En termes de gouvernance, aucun impact négatif pour les actionnaires ne semble à déplorer. Nous soutenons cette opération.
