The remuneration awarded to Thierry Le Hénaff, Chairman & CEO, was excessive in 2017. He received € 4.5 M and may receive the same amount next year.
Moreover the long term years of this directors, François Enaud and Thierry Morin, reduce the independent rate of the board of directors.
