Proxinvest attire l'attention des actionnaires sur le manque de transparence de la société.
Ce dernier est ressenti dans les rémunérations pour l'exercice écoulé et pour l'exercice à venir. Ainsi le manque de transparence ne permet pas aux actionnaires de comprendre les montants en jeu pour l'exercice à venir. De ce fait les résolutions 7 et 8 connaissent des recommandations négatives.
Ensuite l'ensemble des résolutions d'augmentation de capital sont utilisables en période d'offres au public. Proxinvest regrette cette pratique et la condamne. De ce fait les résolutions 9 à 20 connaissent des recommandations négatives.
Enfin les commissaires aux comptes émettent des réserves concernant les comptes consolidés et les comptes sociaux. Au regard de ses réserves Proxinvest recommandera de voter contre les résolutions d'approbation des comptes.
