Atos SE- Assemblée Générale des actionnaires du 27 octobre 2020
La présente Assemblée est convoquée afin d'exprimer un avis sur les orientations moyen-terme (2024-2025) du Groupe, mais également sur la nomination d'Edouard Philippe en tant que Membre du conseil.
Concernant les Orientations à moyen terme, ce nouveau plan stratégique semble ambitieux et la démarche de consultation des actionnaires (déjà mise en place en décembre 2013 et 2016) est très appréciable puisque très rare en France.
Concernant la nomination d'Edouard Philippe, ancien Premier Ministre et actuellement Maire du Havre, on appréciera également la grande transparence dont Atos a fait preuve en publiant dans sa brochure à la fois l'avis complet de la Haute Autorité pour la Transparence de la Vie Publique, mais également en rappelant sa politique en termes de gestion des conflits d'intérêts. Il semblerait que ces éléments soient de nature à confirmer l'absence (ou la prévention expresse) de situation de conflit d'intérêts. Par ailleurs, on appréciera qu'Atos ait veillé à exposer les compétences que M. Philippe apportera au conseil et qui expliquent cette nomination. Nous soutenons ainsi les résolutions 1 et 2 proposées.
