Items 23-25: there are three external shareholder resolutions led by the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility (ACCR). ACCR calls for an immediate stop of mining that disturbs Aboriginal Cultural heritage, the move following the blasting of Juukan Gorge by Rio Tinto and revelations that BHP has an approval to destroy at least 40 significant sites. It also proposes to suspend BHPns membership of industry associations whose lobbying activities are not in line with the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement and, thus, with the BHP commitments.
Item 13: Andrew Mackenzie stepped down as CEO and a Director of the Group on 31 December 2019 and he retired from BHP on 31 March 2020. He was succeeded by Mike Henry, formerly responsible for BHPns Minerals Australia business.

Co.'s Petroleum unit comprises conventional and unconventional oil and gas assets, and includes exploration, development and production activities.
