Rémunérations
La société propose de porter la rémunération fixe du PDG de 1 100 000 € à 1 400 000 €. Cela représente une hausse de 27% par rapport à la précédente politique. Ce montant représente 197% de la médiane du SBF 80 (125% de la médiane du CAC 40) et 143% de la médiane du secteur Industrial Goods & Services du MSCI Europe. La société indique que cette hausse est proposée « au regard des responsabilités exercées par le Président et après examen des études portant sur les rémunérations de fonctions comparables », mais elle ne fournit aucun élément chiffré permettant de sous-tendre l’augmentation proposée. Nous recommandons donc l’opposition à la résolution 14.
