ITEM 14: The Company proposes to increase the CEO's fixed remuneration from €1,100,000 to €1,400,000. This represents a 27% increase over the previous policy. This amount represents 197% of the median of the SBF 80 (125% of the median of the CAC 40) and 143% of the median of the Industrial Goods & Services sector of the MSCI Europe. The company states that this increase is proposed "in light of the responsibilities exercised by the Chairman and after review of studies on compensation for comparable positions", but does not provide any figures to support the proposed increase. We therefore recommend opposition to resolution 14.
Bollore is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. conducts business in international logistics, transportation and logistics in Africa (port management, stevedoring, logistics), fuel distribution, batteries and supercapacitors, electric vehicles, plastic films for capacitors and packaging, dedicated terminals and systems, plantations, communicationa and the media (television and free press, advertising and market research) and the management of portfolio shareholdings. Co.'s activities can be divided into four segments: Transportation and logistics, Industry, Fuel distribution, and Other activities.
