Bollore - AGM and EGM 29 May 2019
Vincent Bolloré resigned from his office as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on March 14, 2019. Cyrille Bolloré was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on the same day.
ITEMS 23 and 24: the company did not improve its disclosure on amounts granted as it still does not disclose performance criteria of Cyrille Bolloré's annual bonus.
ITEM 27: Although we strongly appreciate that the company discloses the fixed remuneration of Cyrille Bolloré as Chairman and CEO as of 14 March 2019, we note that the company does not exclude to grant him any other fixed remuneration for any other mandate he has.

Through its subsidiaries, Co. conducts business in international logistics, transportation and logistics in Africa (port management, stevedoring, logistics), fuel distribution, batteries and supercapacitors, electric vehicles, plastic films for capacitors and packaging, dedicated terminals and systems, plantations, communicationa and the media (television and free press, advertising and market research) and the management of portfolio shareholdings. Co.'s activities can be divided into four segments: Transportation and logistics, Industry, Fuel distribution, and Other activities.
