Proxinvest attire l'attention des actionnaires sur plusieurs points.
Tout d'abord la société propose alors la nomination des sociétés Business Opportunities for L'Oréal Development (BOLD) et Michelin Ventures aux postes de censeurs. Proxinvest n’approuve pas la position de censeur, cependant la société nous a communiqué une explication claire et permettant de soutenir ces deux résolutions.
Par ailleurs, la société propose de renouveler les autorisations financières. Cependant ces dernières sont utilisables en périodes d’offres publics et certaines proposent une décote supérieure à 5%. De ce fait de nombreuses résolutions d’autorisations ont connu des recommandations négatives.
