La société présente des résolutions séparées pour chacune de ses conventions réglementées, permettant ainsi des votes individuels pour les actionnaires, ce qui est très positif.
En revanche, quelques points apparaissent moins positif. Ainsi, contrairement à ce que dispose l'article L225-100 du Code de commerce, la société ne propose qu'une seule résolution pour l'ensemble des rémunérations attribuées en 2019 au Président Directeur Général et aux Directeurs Généraux Délégués. De surcroît, aucune résolution n'est présentée pour permettre aux actionnaires de se prononcer sur les informations du rapports de rémunérations (Clause de restitution, ratio d’équité…)
