Rémunérations
Les politiques de rémunérations 2020 des mandataires sociaux ne présentent aucun changement par rapport à la précédente politique. Ainsi, elles comprennent toujours les faiblesses majeures soulignées par Proxinvest qui sont sa générosité et son grand manque de communication. Un rejet des résolutions 12 et 13 n’aurait donc aucun effet puisque les principes précédents (qui sont identiques) s’appliqueraient. Nous soutenons donc ces résolutions 12 et 13.
Pour obtenir une modification de ces politiques de rémunération, les actionnaires doivent s’opposer à la résolution relative au rapport de rémunération (résolution 8).
