Concernant la rémunération du Président du Conseil, celui-ci est rémunéré par une convention de prestation de service conclue entre la société et la société SIRPA, détenue par le Président du Conseil. Or cette rémunération est largement excessive comparée à son indice.
Toutefois, la société exclut l'usage de ses autorisations financières en période d'offre publique. Cette pratique est en accord avec la politique de vote de Proxinvest, qui est défavorable au maintien des autorisations financières en période d'offre publique en raison de leur possible usage comme dispositif anti-OPA.
