Rémunérations
Comme lors de l'exercice précédent, une transparence insuffisante de la société sur les rémunérations passées et à venir du principal dirigeant ne permet pas d'approuver les résolutions 6, 7 et 9.
Gouvernance
Afin de pouvoir remplir au mieux la mission de surveillance et de protection de l'ensemble des actionnaires qui lui incombe, il nous semblerait préférable que le conseil ne soit pas composé de seulement 3 membres dont aucun n'est libre de conflits d'intérêts potentiels.
