Dans le cadre d'un développement important de la société et de l'accroissement de ses ventes, la société a décidé de mettre en place un certain nombre d'autorisation d'augmentation de capital afin de pouvoir disposer de ressources nécessaires à la marche de ses affaires. Cependant, les autorisations suppriment toutes le droit préférentiel de souscription, portent sur des montants supérieurs à l'équivalent de 10% du capital, et la société s'autorise la possibilité de les utiliser en période d'offre publique. De plus, la plupart des résolutions sont des autorisations qui ont été rejetées lors de la dernière assemblée générale, alors qu'elles comportaient les mêmes caractéristiques. Par conséquent, nous recommandons l'opposition pour les résolutions 1 à 3.
