Rémunérations
La société fait partie des rares sociétés du SBF 120 à ne toujours pas communiquer les taux de réalisation de chacun des critères financiers du bonus. Ainsi, en l'état, il n'est pas possible de comprendre le montant du bonus attribué au titre de 2018. Ce manque de bonne communication nuit à la bonne information des actionnaires et nous ne soutenons pas la résolution 16.
De la même façon, la société fait partie des rares sociétés du SBF 120 à ne toujours pas communiquer le montant de la rémunération fixe pour l'exercice à venir. Cet élément étant l'élément de base de la rémunération du dirigeant, en l'absence d'information, il n'est pas possible de comprendre clairement les montants et structures en jeu. Nous ne soutenons donc pas non plus la résolution 15.
