Il est proposé de ratifier les nominations en tant que membres du Directoire du Daryl Byrne (CEO Dublin) et Chris Topple (CEO London) en remplacement de Deirdre Somers et Lee Hodgkinson, respectivement.
Nous n'avons pas de remarque particulière à formuler sur ces nominations et recommandons l'approbation.
