​Cette assemblée demande à remplacer la résolution 7 ordinaire de l'assemblée du 12 janvier 2016 de rachat d'actions. Cette modification change le prix maximum d'achat de 80 € par action à 160 € par action, suite à l'hausse du cours pendant l'année. Malheureusement cette résolution est toujours maintenue en période d'offre publique, ainsi Proxinvest ne soutient pas la résolution.
EXEL Industries designs and manufactures precision spraying equipment that it markets to three markets: farming, industry and consumers.
