Items 9-10 ECGS appreciates the company's effort to publish the remuneration report
and the remuneration policy for the first time, even if it is non-binding. However, the
absence of essential elements of disclosure leads us to recommend to OPPOSE.
Item 11 The limit of repurchase of the shares is up to 20% of the capital, which exceeds
our limit of 10%. Accordingly, we recommend to OPPOSE.
