Depuis le 21 février 2019, Christophe Gaschin démissionne de son poste de Directeur Général et assume la présidence du Conseil d'Administration, succédant ainsi à Olivier Bertrand. Madame Christelle Grisoni remplace Christophe Gaschin à direction générale de la Société .
Tout d'abord, Proxinvest soutient les résolutions relatives aux rémunérations versées aux Directeurs Généraux au titre de l'exercice 2019. En effet, malgré l'absence de part variable, les différents montants attribuées restent raisonnables.
De la même manière, Proxinvest recommande l'approbation des résolutions 13 à 14 relatives à la politique de rémunération du Directeur Général, du Président du Conseil ainsi que des administrateurs pour l'exercice 2020
Notons également que Proxinvest s’oppose aux nouvelles conventions réglementées qui perpétuent le contrat de travail du Directeur Général chez l’actionnaire majoritaire ainsi qu’une convention d’avance en compte courant avec ce dernier ne semblant pas aller dans l’intérêt des actionnaires.
