Proxinvest attire l'attention des actionnaires sur le fait que la société n'a pas publié les documents préparatoires à l'assemblée Générale à J-21 comme les délais légaux le préconisent. Ainsi les documents ont été disponibles à J-17, ce qui est une atteinte au droit à l'information et au droit français.
Ensuite le manque de transparence de la société au sujet de la rémunération attribuée et attribuable au Directeur Général ne permet pas aux actionnaires d'avoir un avis éclairé sur les montants et structures en jeu. (Résolutions 8 et 9)
Enfin l'ensemble des résolutions relatives aux augmentations de capital proposées présentent des montants trop importants d'après Proxinvest. (Résolutions 10 à 15)
