Lors de cette assemblée générale les actionnaires sont amenés à se prononcer tout d'abord sur le renouvellement d'Éric Hémar, l'actuelle Président Directeur Général. Proxinvest recommande de s'opposer au regard de la mise en place de droits de vote double, et l'absence d'une majorité de membres indépendants d'après Proxinvest.
Ensuite concernant les rémunérations, Proxinvest regrette le manque de transparence dont fait preuve la société.
