ECGS voting policy recommends to oppose the election of the CEO in the UK, if he is a member of the nomination committee.
Item 6: Re-elect Mr. Ross Graham, Chairman
Mr. Ross Graham chairs the Nomination Committee while the gender diversity does not respect our guidelines and market practice: the Board's female diversity is only 14% compared to our requested minimum of 30%. There has been no progress in gender diversity. Consequently, in line with ECGS policy, we recommend to oppose the re-election of the Chairman of the Nomination Committee considered responsible for the lack of the Board diversity.
