La société présente une résolution pour chacune des conventions réglementées, qu'elle soit nouvelle ou ancienne. Cette démarche est positive car elle permet aux actionnaires de voter séparemment pour chaque convention.
Mais également, la société permet à ses actionnaires de se prononcer sur la rémunération des Directeurs Généraux Délégués de la société en proposant une résolution portant sur les modalités des rémunérations prévues par leur contrat de travail.
Pour autant, des progrès restent encore à faire concernant la communication de la rémunération du Président Directeur Général (pondération des critères financiers non communiqués, part qualitative du bonus supérieure à 20%, absence de communication des taux de réalisation).
