Bien que la société présente bien une politique de rémunération pour 2019, celle-ci ne comprend aucune information précise concernant les montants ou structure en jeu, ce qui ne permet pas à l’actionnaire de se faire une idée précise de la politique qu’il est censé approuver. Au regard de ce manque de transparence, nous ne pouvons pas soutenir la résolution 6.
Par ailleurs, la société n'exclut pas de pouvoir mettre en oeuvre ses diverses délégations financières en période d'offre publique, ce qui en fait de potentielles dispositifs anti-OPA. Nous ne les soutenons donc pas.
