La communication des rémunérations pourrait être améliorée, notamment concernant les objectifs du bonus annuels et les critères de performances qui manquent de précision.
De plus, il est regrettable que le Directeur Général ne soit pas intéressé à la performance long-terme de la société par la mise en place d'une rémunération long-terme. En effet, la société met en oeuvre une rémunération actionnariale mais les conditions de performances de cette dernière sont mesurées sur un an, à l'image du bonus annuel.
Toutefois, la société a réalisé des progrès dans la présentation de la politique de rémunération 2019 du Directeur Général, ce qui conduit Proxinvest à soutenir la résolution 14, afin d'encourager la société à poursuivre dans cette voie.
