La présente assemblée générale fait écho aux changements de gouvernance, avec Monsieur Loiseau passant de Directeur général à Président du conseil. En parallèle Robert Gershon est nommé Directeur Général.
De ce fait la présente assemblée propose la nomination de Robert Gershon au conseil. Au regard de la bonne indépendance du conseil nous soutiendrons cette résolution.
Il est aussi proposé d'approuver les rémunérations attribuables à ces deux mandataires sociaux. Ces deux politiques de rémunérations ne peuvent pas être soutenues du fait, tout d'abord, du manque de transparence concernant les bonus et du fait de leurs montants potentiellement excessifs.
