Proxinvest attire l'attention des actionnaires sur plusieurs points.
Tout d'abord la dissociation des pouvoirs. En effet, en Novembre 2019, les fonctions de Présidence et de Direction Générale ont été dissociées. De ce fait, Pascal Mauberger devient le président du conseil, et Laurent Carme devient le directeur général.
Ensuite, concernant la politique de rémunération et les rémunérations attribuées, nous estimons un grand manque de transparence. De ce fait nous ne soutenons pas les résolutions 7, 11 et 12.
