Proxinvest note que la société a grandement améliorer sa communication par rapport à la rémunération des dirigeants et des membres du Conseil de Surveillance. Cependant, ces améliorations sont encore insuffisantes au regard des pratiques de la place. Ainsi en l'absence de communication des taux de réalisations, Proxinvest recommandera l'opposition aux rémunérations des dirigeants.
De plus Proxinvest regrette l'absence de membre du conseil de Surveillance libre de tout conflit d'intérêts.
