Nous déplorons fortement le manque de communication de la société qui, cette année encore, publie une information très insuffisante par rapport aux standards de bonne pratique de la place. En effet, la société ne communique ni la structure de son capital, ni la rémunération de ses dirigeants, ni le détail des honoraires des commissaires aux comptes, ni le rapport spécial des commissaires aux comptes sur les conventions et engagements réglementés. Proxinvest attire l'attention des actionnaires sur la composition du Conseil d'Administration qui reste intégralement non-libre de conflits d'intérêts.
