Les actionnaires sont convoqués afin d’approuver l’apurement du poste « Report à nouveau » qui serait ramené de -72 937 919 € à 0 € par imputation d’autres postes de fonds propres.
Cette opération purement comptable ne semble pas avoir d’impact négatif sur le patrimoine des actionnaires et nous n’avons pas de remarque à formuler sur cette résolution.
