Proxinvest note que la société réalise pour la première fois une assemblée générale des actionnaires.
La société s’est cotée en bourse en Octobre 2018. Cette cotation s’est réalisée à 16,50 € par action.
Il est à noter que la société est contrôlée par la société Impala. En effet, Impala détient plus de 50% des droits de vote et du capital.
Concernant les rémunérations, Proxinvest recommande de s’opposer aux résolutions de rémunérations du fait que ces dernières sont excessives et qu’elles ne comportent pas de rémunérations de long-terme.
