Rémunérations :
La société propose une augmentation de 25% de la rémunération fixe du Président Directeur Général. La société ne justifie pas l’augmentation de 25% du fixe proposée, si ce n’est « afin de la rapprocher du niveau de la rémunération pratiquée dans les sociétés de taille comparable ». Or, la société n’apporte aucune donnée permettant à l’actionnaire de vérifier le niveau de rémunération dans les sociétés de taille comparable. Par ailleurs, cette hausse de 25% du fixe dans les circonstances actuelles semble inappropriée. Enfin, la rémunération moyenne des salariés a augmenté de 5,6% entre 2018 et 2019 ; cette hausse de 25% semble donc disproportionnée et pourrait nuire à la cohésion sociale. Nous ne soutenons donc pas la nouvelle politique de rémunération (résolution 10).
