La politique de rémunération 2018 du premier dirigeant comporte des bonus cibles et maximum excessifs pouvant donner lieu à l'attribution totalement décorrélés des pratiques du SBF 120 et nous recommandons vivement à la société de les abaisser à des niveaux plus raisonnables. Cependant, nous félicitons la société pour sa très bonne transparence, qui permet notamment d’établir que les objectifs à atteindre semblent plutôt exigeants , et nous permet de recommander l'approbation.
