Proxinvest regrette tout d'abord le manque de transparence concernant les rémunérations et les politiques de rémunérations. En effet, le manque de transparence est regrettable.
Ensuite concernant le conseil de surveillance, Proxinvest regrette l'absence d'une majorité de membres libres de conflits d'intérêts.
Enfin, Proxinvest n'est pas favorable à la société en commandite par actions permettant des dérives concernant les rémunérations par exemple.
