Une autorisation d'émission d'options en faveur de trois mandataires sociaux dirigeants a été proposée lors de l'assemblée générale des actionnaires du 29 juin 2020 (résolution 20) et a été rejetée par 97,74% des voix. Elle est demandée de nouveau dans les mêmes termes à l'exception du prix d'exercice qui permettrait dorénavant une décote contrairement à la résolution proposée en juin. Dans ces conditions, et en application de la politique de vote de Proxinvest, une recommandation négative est proposée.
