La présente assemblée est la première depuis la cotation en bourse de la société le 12 mai 2017.
Suite à son introduction en bourse la société a intégré de nouveaux administrateurs, cependant le taux d'indépendance du conseil reste encore faible avec seulement 40% de membres indépendants d'après Proxinvest.
Ensuite Proxinvest regrette que la société ait mise en place le droit de vote double pour les actionnaires inscrits au nominatif depuis plus de deux années.
Enfin Proxinvest regrette que la société n'ait pas dissocié les fonctions de Président du Conseil et de Directeur Général.
