L'amendement à la politique de rémunération de Franck Hattab, Directeur Général, au titre de l'exercice 2019 nous semble inapproprié (résolution 15).
La rémunération totale attribuée au titre de l’exercice à Franck Hattab s’élève à 2 177 277 €, soit 354% de la médiane des rémunérations totales des dirigeants des 250 premières capitalisations françaises. Rémunération excessive (résolution 16).
Dans un communiqué de la société en date du 30 mars 2020: "Messieurs Jean-Charles Naouri et Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière annoncent la conclusion d'un accord en vue du refinancement des opérations de dérivés de Rallye (y inclus ses filiales HMB et Cobivia) et d’un potentiel investissement de Fimalac dans le groupe Euris.".
