Cette année encore, la société a publié sa documentation en dehors des délais légaux (publication le 3 avril 2020, soit 20 jours avant l’AG alors que la Loi requiert 21 jours avant l’AG).
Par ailleurs, la société n’a pas amélioré sa communication concernant les rémunérations des dirigeants. En effet, la politique de rémunération prévoit que les critères financiers du bonus comprennent « notamment des objectifs de croissance du ROC et du ROCE » (P143 du Document d’Enregistrement Universel). Ainsi, la société ne communique qu’une partie des critères qui seront utilisés.
De plus, il est vivement regrettable que la société n’indique pas si cette politique de rémunération est applicable à 2019, ou 2020, ou les 2 exercices.
