Item 4: Approve the Remuneration PolicyThe changes proposed to the Remuneration Policy are considered acceptable. They reduce the maximum LTIP award and the maximum pension provision. The additional performance metric for the LTIP may also strengthen the alignment between pay and performance. There are no major concerns with the Company's remuneration policy, though it is noted that they paid unacceptable recruitment awards in the previous year.

On balance, we recommend that shareholders approve this resolution.

Item 12: Re-Elect the CEO

The CEO is a member of the Nomination Committee, which does not meet ECGS guidelines. We recommend that shareholders oppose this resolution.
