It is proposed to re-elect Corporación Arditel and Inversiones Miditel, for a 2-yer period as executive Directors, in items 4.A and 4.B respectively. ECGS has serious concerns over the lack of independence on the Board (33.3%); therefore, we recommend that shareholders oppose both resolutions.
Amendments to both the Bylaws and the General Meeting Regulations in order to accommodate the option of telematic and remote attendance, voting and proxy representation are proposed. We commend the Company for putting measures in place to accommodate the restrictions due to the pandemic and advise shareholders to support all items 7 and 8.
Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente manufactures both solar and thermal cells and panels, rolls out turnkey projects for large installations, operates solar plants and generates electricity through its owned plants.
