Après plusieurs exercices de difficultés financières, marqués par la résistance des actionnaires minoritaires, les renégociations des conditions de la restructuration financière sous la pression des actionnaires, et enfin le départ de l’ancienne équipe dirigeante, Solocal semble enfin être re-partie sur de toutes nouvelles bases, avec, notamment, une toute nouvelle équipe dirigeante (Pierre Danon, Président du conseil et Eric Boustouller, Directeur Général).
La présente assemblée est plutôt courte puisque les rémunérations (passées et futures) et délégations financières ont été votées lors de l’AG du 9 mars 2018. Notons toutefois que Proxinvest ne soutient pas la résolution 4 (rapport spécial sur les conventions réglementées) car les avantages postérieurs à l’emploi des dirigeants ne satisfont pas notre politique de vote.
