La société a procédé en février 2017 à des attributions d'options et d'actions gratuites au titre de l'exercice 2016. Ces attributions ne sont pas de la rémunération long-terme puisque leurs conditions de performance ne sont mesurées que sur 1 an. Aussi, aucune part de la rémunération du Directeur Général ne repose sur la performance long-terme de la société. Les intérêts du dirigeant et des actionnaires ne sont donc pas alignés.
C'est la principale raison pour laquelle nous ne soutenons pas les politiques de rémunérations du Directeur général et du Directeur général Délégué.
