Supersonic Imagine - Assemblée Générale des actionnaires du 13 mai 2019
Depuis le 28 mai 2018, la société a adopté le modèle de gourvernance à Conseil d'administration. Ainsi, les membres du Conseil de surveillance ont été nommés administrateurs du conseil d'administration, la présidente du Directoire a été nommée Directrice Générale, et les autres membres du directoire ont repris leurs fonctions au titre de leur contrat de travail.
Contrairement à l'exercice précédent, le quitus aux administrateurs n'est plus à l'ordre du jour (probablement en raison de son rejet lors de l'Assemblée Générale du 28 mai 2018), ce qui est fort appréciable.
En revanche, alors que lors de l'Assemblée Générale du 28 mai 2018, la société présentait une politique de rémunération des mandataires sociaux pour 2018, ce n'est désormais plus le cas. Aucune politique de rémunération des mandataires sociaux n'est présentée pour 2019 dans les documents préparatoires à la présente Assemblée Générale.
