Il est proposé un vote sur la rémunération des dirigeants, mandataires sociaux pour l'exercice 2018 (résolution 7). Les montants des fixes ainsi que la structure de la rémunération des dirigeants ont bien été communiqués cette année. Nous recommandons donc l'approbation de cette résolution.
Il est également proposé un vote sur la division de la valeur nominale des titres de la société (résolution 12) qui permettrait une meilleure liquidité et un accès aux titres par un plus grand nombre d'actionnaires. Nous recommandons l'approbation de cette résolution.
