Tout d'abord concernant la rémunération attribuée à la gérance, Proxinvest s'oppose à cette dernière en raison d'un structure complexe ne permettant pas de comprendre les réel bénéfices tirés par les dirigeants Messieurs Flamarion et Chabran , de montants excessifs et d'absence réelle de lien entre la performance et la rémunération. Une soixante de collaborateurs sont logés au niveau de l'actionnaire de référence et l'ajout de la rémunération statutaire de gérant et du dividende d'associé commandité rend le tout excessivement coûteux, particulièrement si on compare ce coût à une performance boursière, même dividendes inclus, quasi nulle depuis l'introduction en bourse.
Enfin Proxinvest regrette l'absence d'un majorité réelle de membres indépendants d'après notre politique. De ce fait, le renouvellement d'Anne-Laure Naveos ne sera pas soutenu.
